PayEstimate.ca is a free calculator for estimating Canadian gross pay and payroll deductions for a weekly or bi-weekly pay period.

Enter your hourly wage, regular hours, overtime and any fixed-dollar deductions to get an estimate. You can also adjust TD1 claim amounts and exemptions.

An estimate, not a pay stub

The calculator uses CRA payroll formulas effective July 1, 2026, with its source linked beside the results. It assumes identical pay each period and no prior contributions. Quebec provincial income tax and QPIP are not included.

Use your employer's payroll records to confirm what you were paid. PayEstimate.ca is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the Canada Revenue Agency.
